Controller

The Controller manages the organization’s financial and human resources, providing timely, accurate and strategic information to the decision making process. The position also provides ancillary support services needed to facilitate a productive work environment. The competitive candidate will possess the following:

  • The ability to self-manage toward specific results and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects to full completion while achieving accuracy and stated goals.
  • Strong team work and problem solving skills in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong executive presence with fellow staff, Board of Directors and other constituents.

Education/Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent and ten years general accounting/finance experience. Computer literacy, including computer hardware and spreadsheet, database and accounting software. Strong command of Microsoft Office products.
