Capstone Program Manager

The Capstone Program Manager will lead two major JA programs (Mobile JA Finance Park and JA BizTown Summer Camp), and as such plays an integral role in the operation and mission delivery of the organization. This individual is responsible for implementation and management of daily operations for both programs, facilitate volunteer trainings and lead large groups of students through hands-on educational experiences. They will oversee the travel, set up and take down of the JA Finance Park exhibit and will be in charge of maintaining the physical integrity of the space. This individual will represent Junior Achievement with an audience of schools, teachers, volunteers and students through program service delivery across Oregon and the region.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant assists in data entry and overall office administration. Assists with visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications systems. 

The hours for this position each week will vary. It depends on when we have students in our JA BizTown program on site. Annually we have about 130 days with students. This position will work 6 hours each day we have students. Total of 780 hours each year. There are no weekend or late night requirements. Day typically begins at 7:30/8:00 AM and will end around 2:00 PM. The job will start in mid-October and end in mid-June each year.
