About the Podcast

The Money JAR - Junior Achievement Radio, is produced by Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington in Portland, Oregon. We incorporate youth voices to talk about financial literacy, careers, entrepreneurship, and common challenges that young people face as they enter the economics of life.

Delivered in 25-35 minute episodes, our shows consist of informative and essay style segments interspersed with talk/interview style segments distributed bi-weekly.

The Money JAR was originally created in 2012 and reached a milestone 100 episodes in 2017.

The entire catalog of episodes is on The Money JAR’s website, iTunes, Spotify, iHeartPodcast and wherever you get your podcasts.

“I love listening to the Money JAR while I'm in the car. I wish I would have had something like this when I was younger! The hosts are fun to listen to and the experts have a lot of great information to share. I would definitely recommend this to show to all of my friends!”
