K-12 In-Class Programs

Junior Achievement provides work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy curriculum to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Our K-12 Programs are now available in a virtual online format and in the format of comprehensive classroom-based lessons.

I want to take the time to say how thankful I am that you provided this virtually. I really love watching the videos so I know how to teach each lesson. The resources were so nicely laid out and so easy to use. Thank you so much. It is perfect for teaching online!!!

Empowering Students

Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington’s programs are intensely focused to bring relevance, authenticity and application into everyday learning to energize students around academics and their future possibilities. Junior Achievement focuses on serving youth from low-income families, students in rural areas, young people of color, and historically and currently marginalized youth. Through partnerships with the business and education communities, we bring academics to life by creating meaningful learning experiences. Together, we are transforming education to break down traditional barriers and give every student unparalleled connectivity to the business world, to fuel students' passion for future success and help them discover the power of their education.

"Junior Achievement gives our students a unique opportunity to understand so much more than lessons on economics. Junior Achievement has taught our kids valuable life skills that have lasting impressions."

— Teresa Lyle, Elementary School Principal

“I can honestly say that having JA in my classroom has positively added to the education of my students, and I most certainly will ask them to return!”

— Shannon Chedester, Elementary School Teacher
