The Money JAR Podcast Opens Search for a Youth Co-Host

November 10, 2020

Junior Achievement announces search for high school students for the role of Co-host for The Money JAR podcast. The new co-host will join current host Mindy Lockard to interview interesting guests and discuss jobs, leadership, money, entrepreneurship, and other topics related to success.

The Money JAR podcast is produced by Junior Achievement in Portland, Oregon, in a 22- to 25-minute interview format. The podcast is available on our website at juniorachievementradio.com and on iTunes, Spotify, or wherever podcasts are found.

In our search for a new youth co-host, Junior Achievement is interested in connecting with students who would like to expand their communication skills in a remote podcast interview format. We welcome and encourage diverse high school applicants from across the United States who are able to commit to three hours of recording per month, and who are excited to talk about careers, personal finance, education, and planning for the future. The co-host will develop their conversational and interviewing skills with experts, learning from their experiences and advice. This is a fun opportunity to share your unique perspective and deliver thoughtful, thought-provoking podcast episodes to a broad audience.

Interested high school students should fill out the application by 5:00pm PST on December 7, 2020.
