At Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington, we host events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students. Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorships, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a fun time!

A Night in Town with Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington
Held April 23, 2026 at our Portland location, A Night in Town is a JA awareness event that also celebrates our community and all that is done to help JAORSWWA inspire and educate youth in areas of financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. Event is 21+.

2026 JA Bowl-A-Thon

The annual JA Bowl-a-Thon is the largest source of funding for JA programs.
Each year, companies throughout our community form teams of bowlers to participate. Participants raise money from friends, family, and colleagues and celebrates their fundraising efforts at a fun bowling event hosted by JA! This event promises excitement with its raffle prizes, top donation prize and of course bowling champ prizes! It is an exciting day and a great chance for co-workers and friends to get together in support of a great cause!
