JA BizTown Volunteer Training and Resources

Thank you for volunteering to assist with the JA BizTown program! Volunteer training takes approximately one hour (20 minute video and 7 minutes of reading) and is required in order to volunteer at JA BizTown. To complete your volunteer training, please follow the three steps below and review the additional resources to prepare for your volunteer experience.

Step One: Read the Volunteer Training Guide

Please download the JA BizTown Volunteer Training Guide to review as you watch the training video and read prior to your volunteer day.

Step Two: Volunteer Training Videos

Please watch the volunteer training videos prior to your JA BizTown volunteer day. 

Step Three: Complete Registration Form

To complete your registration and confirm that you have watched the online training videos, please complete the Volunteer Registration Form for the location where you will be volunteering.
